The neighbourhood team have provided the following description of their work:

The area is home to several thousand people many of whom chose to live close to the historic city of Lichfield but within easy access of the West Midlands.

Boley Park, is a modern residential area and built as one of the largest private housing estates in the region.

Residents can enjoy open spaces at two large parks and a neighbourhood shopping centre, which includes a large supermarket, meeting most people’s daily shopping needs.

South Lichfield is also home to a wide range of small and medium sized businesses but its main asset is its close proximity to Lichfield with its historic cathedral and bustling city life, plus fast commuter links into Birmingham.
