About Basingstoke Rural West

The neighbourhood team have provided the following description of their work:

If you live in and around East Woodhay, Burghclere, Highclere, St Mary Bourne, Kingsclere or Sherbourne St John, you will now come under the new Rural West Neighbourhood area, the team comprises of a Police Constable. The dedicated named officer PC DENTON will deal with local issues and engagements and address criminality and safeguarding the vulnerable. The West area and South area have a similar set up which means that when resources are required they can be moved around to support a policing need.

First point of contact for local issues should be through the DNO PC DENTON, but feel free if you have any questions about the team or a particular problem to contact me via email - Basingstoke.Rural.Police@hampshire.pnn.police.uk or via the 101 system and I will get back to you. Please be reminded that the team work a variety of shifts and could be on rest days for 2 or 3 days.
