About Walton and West

The neighbourhood team have provided the following description of their work:

This Safer Neighbourhood area covers the Walton and West council ward area. It is covered by the Chesterfield South Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team and belongs to the Chesterfield Local Policing Unit.

Walton and West are both residential areas within Chesterfield Borough Council area. There are several large park areas, which include grass playing fields. Local football and cricket teams use these and there is also a bowling club in the area.
